  • Nutrition: Nutrition can be very confusing and overwhelming. There are many diets that are very unsustainable. I am here to help you make suggestions about the appropriate amount of rest, hydration, and workout related food to intake!
  • Fitness: 
  • Functional movement training takes your joints through their full range of motion and engages the stabilizing muscles. This helps improve overall strength and stability across a variety of movements!
  • Sports Performance training will help athletes of all ages optimize their special athletic abilities through a unique approach to training. Athletes will be involved in speed and agility training, as well as strength and conditioning training that is specifically programed for their sport!

  • Adapting to a new way of life can be extremely difficult. As apart of this program there will be a 6-week assessment. In this assessment we will calculate your weight, body fat percentage, and muscle mass compared to your baseline reading. Doing this not only helps you see your progress, but it helps me understand what we need to do next so we can achieve your goals together!
